Hello, My name is Jenna Jensen, I am the owner and founder of Apex Rover Staffing!

It is my honor to have your interest in allowing us to help bridge the gap between your staffing needs and the communities demands.

In the U.S. (pre-pandemic), there were about 
25,000 staffing and recruiting companies, which altogether operate around 49,000 offices. That is a lot of competition!

There are plenty of staffing agencies, and likely you already have some that help serve your patient population.
So you may ask yourself, Why Apex? What makes us different, what makes us worth one more contract in the books?

Our Staff: We take great care in choosing each of our staff with a great understanding of building needs. Agencies are brought in when no one else is available, which means we are the last ditch effort to create a safe and reliable environment. So what does this mean? We take pride in having reliable and hard working staff.


  Attendance: is a top priority, and having staff who work hard to ensure good patient outcomes is a must.


Credibility, Skill and Education: Our staff are held to a high standard in regards to patient care and outcomes. Staff are required to do annual training on common concerns in the facility communities including, Abuse, Dementia, HIPAA, Fall Prevention, Medication Error Prevention, Monitoring of Acute Changes and More! All staff have a minimum of 1 years experience and must be CPR certified.


   Onboarding: Our staff are thoroughly reviewed including Background checks, ORCHARD screening, Drug Screenings, Referral Screenings, Employment History Verification and more! Unlike other agencies, our goal is to help both our staff and our clients!

   Non-Compete: Our goal is to create the perfect match when sending staff to your facility. We believe people should have the choice to work for whoever they choose, without the concern of current employers getting in the way.


With that, we DO NOT feature a non-compete clause. If our staff is so at ease and happy that they wish to convert to core staff, that just means we did our jobs correctly. They are all yours. We do not charge a fee. We have bridged the gap of many buildings who hired our staff on directly. The result? Those buildings barely need agency anymore!


   Staffing Needs: We are available 24/7, 7 days a week. No more worrying about last minute call outs for non-responsive agencies! We are here to help.

  Transparency: We believe in complete transparency from the beginning! All costs are confirmed at the time of shift confirmation. No surprise overtime or mileage. No last minute requests for expenses. If we didn't confirm it? We won't bill it!

  Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility of Per Diem staff. No need to come up with shifts for minimum contract hours, we provide staff on demand to fill in those random gaps!

  Pricing: We offer Corporate/Multi-Building discounts as well as referral discounts to our buildings! Ask us!
